Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Honey & Cloth purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Condition of Items Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging.
Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at victoria@honeyandcloth.co.uk
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you are welcome to return it in accordance with our returns policy.
To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number and we will respond as quickly as possible.
